Working Out...BOOTCAMP style

I am going to be posting some of the workouts that I have come up with and done with my bootcampers over the last few weeks. I encourage you to try some of them! A typical week looks something like 
 Monday- full body
Tuesday- upper body
Wednesday- Legs/glutes
Thursday- Cardio
I incorporate abs into the last 5 minutes of every workout as well
